Cameron Indoor

Two things immediately hit you when you see Cameron for the first time. First: the place is tiny. The bleachers literally go to within 4 feet of the court. Second: the rafters are literally filled with championship banners. I'm not sure they've made a banner Duke /Coach K hasn't won. I had the pleasure of seeing an NCSU vs Duke game many years ago and Cameron has got to be the single most intimidating basketball arena in the world.

Until today I had never visited the trophy hall. Wow. It is really, truly impressive.

Several members of the class are very hopeful to get tickets to a game during Term 4. I'm really hoping that will be possible. Unless they're playing NCSU you can bet I'll be wearing Duke blue.
